Who & Why

The youngest of three sons to Jim and Brenda Grover, a close working-class family from a small town in Hampshire, this strong foundation gave Ben the confidence to travel the globe at a young age, his travels taught him valuable lessons that went on to shape his mind and focus his efforts. Ben has music running through his blood, playing in rock bands and performing live, this led to him meeting Sarah Roberts, they fell in love and had two children their son Jude and daughter Gabby. Acquiring a qualification in cabinet making at seventeen Ben went on to open his own furniture making business building a reputation of quality. Having learned many skills in fabrication and property maintenance he went on to complete many interesting projects. Leaving the furniture business Ben went on to learn Chicken husbandry starting a successful free range egg business and building all facilities required including a barn, coops and rearing pens from reclaimed material. A return to property maintenance and working alongside his father then his good friend Ashley gave way to the future and the development of Omni growth technology.

Husband to Rheez Davidson and father to his son Red, an only child raised by his single parent mother a from an early age, this amazing woman who worked two jobs to support them both, gave Ashley the life lessons and instilled respect for working hard and the value of money. Having qualified as a mechanic with an engineering apprenticeship, traveling in his younger years certainly left its imprint on Ashlely seeing him live in a number of different locations around the world, Ashley enjoyed a variety of work giving him experience in surveying, fabrication, care and Property decorating, which saw him work alongside Ben Grover. Ashley and Rheez found love while working in care supporting people with learning difficulties.

Born and raised in the Philippines to her rice farmer Father Earnie and her well educated mother Lilly Fabellon, growing up with two brothers Lemuel and Bong, they enjoy a simple life living on small holding. Rheez received an excellent education learning many languages and becoming a qualified Midwife before leaving the Philippines to enjoy a life working abroad, Rheez lived in a number of countries before setting up home in the UK and finding happiness with Ashley while working in care, their son Red was born several years later completing their perfect family.

This unique relationship between Ben, Ashley and Rheez has enable this Anglo-Philippino companies to form and operate without communication barriers.
